Cancellation and Refunds Policy

At Boho Experiences SAS, we understand that plans can change. Below are our cancellation policies for bookings of our apartments:

1. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellations made 15 days or more prior to the check-in date will receive a refund of 100% of the value of the reservation.
  • Cancellations made between 14 and 7 days before check-in will receive a refund of 50% of the value of the reservation.
  • Cancellations made less than 7 days in advance are non-refundable. 

2. Changes to the Booking

  • Changes to booking dates are subject to availability and must be requested at least 7 days in advance.
  • If the date change is not possible, the corresponding cancellation policy will apply.

3. No Show

  • In the event that the guest fails to arrive on the scheduled check-in date without having previously canceled the reservation, no refund shall be issued.

4. Cancellations due to Major Disruptive Events

  • In the event of unforeseen events such as natural disasters, health emergencies or government restrictions, a partial refund or rescheduling of the reservation may be considered.

5. Procedure for Cancellations

  • To request a cancellation, the guest must send an email to bohoexperiencessas@gmail.com with the details of the reservation.
  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days, depending on the payment method used.

 SPORTS BOATS

Cancellation Policy – Boat Rental

  1. Cancellations more than 7 days in advance:

    • Refund of 80% of the total value of the reservation.
    • Possibility of rescheduling without penalty (subject to availability).
  2. Cancellations between 3 and 7 days before the date of service:

    • Refund of 50% of the total value of the reservation.
    • Possibility of rescheduling with a penalty of 20% (subject to availability).
  3. Cancellations less than 72 hours in advance:

    • Non refundable.
    • Rescheduling option with a 30% surcharge (subject to availability).
  4. Cancellations due to adverse weather conditions:

    • In the event of restrictions by the Port Captaincy, a rescheduling will be offered at no additional cost.
    • If the client decides to cancel and not reschedule, a refund of 80% of the total value of the reservation will be made.
  5. No show:

    • It is considered cancellation without a refund.
  6. Date Modifications:

    • They are allowed up to 72 hours before the service, without a penalty (only once and subject to availability).
